The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) administers state grants and more than 600 private scholarships to help Oregon students pay for postsecondary education. OSAC is part of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) of the State of Oregon. To learn more about OSAC's services, visit OregonStudentAid.gov.

ASPIRE, a division of OSAC, is a mentoring program that matches trained and supportive adult volunteer mentors with middle and high school students to develop a plan to help them meet their education goals beyond high school.
