Friends! I don’t even know if I ordered Hobonichi last night. I got errors and then it finally claimed to have worked and to check my email for confirmation, but there is no email yet and PayPal still says it’s trying to process. Also! If you’re wondering about tariffs…you can pay them in advance when you order. I was basically paying $100 extra is shipping and tariff shit. Ugh. My yearly treat of ordering directly from them at launch is quickly losing its appeal.

Update: my order was, in fact, ghosted. And much of what I tried to get is now sold out.

My heart is broken. I had to let Dutch go yesterday. As an old man, I couldn’t put him through the types of procedures they were suggesting. It would have been selfish and I promised him I wouldn’t let him suffer. He was the best dog I’ve ever had…will probably ever have…and his loss is felt in every fiber of my being. 💔

Hello friends. Dutch took another turn for the worse yesterday, so we were back at the vet. Today we are going for an ultrasound to try to make sense of what is happening to him. He is so incredibly sick and it’s heart breaking to watch. Thank you for all the healing wishes for him after my September recap video. Hopefully, this gets figured out soon and I don’t have to make a really hard choice for him. 🫶🏻
