Follow along as Maulie, the manticore, quests to become Splendore's best real-estate agent while also struggling to find a stable home-life for herself amid a chaotic world of monsters and magic.

The aim is to make an animated pilot “The Ace of Wands”, where Maulie struggles to find a new home for her client, a stubborn wizard with a lot of magic but no imagination.
