I promise this is the last post I’m making about TADC’s new episode

So, during the scene where Pomni is stressing about which button to press, Jax starts getting flashbacks to the real world and then hits the red button, which would make them stay. In those flashbacks it shows very fast clips of real world footage, it shows a shot of a neighborhood that looks like it’s early morning but still dark outside. And the last two show a children at play sign, and a road with someone driving. Many people have come up the theory that Jax hit a child, and if he did, That explains why he’d rather stay in the circus then have to face his own consequences. Maybe when he killed the child, he ran away to hide from the authorities. Thus going into the abandoned building (cause abandoned places are where most people go to hide) and then found the headset.
