Romans 8:18 helps us understand that no matter what your situation is whether you got cut from your club team tryouts or if you lost everything so sudden. It is not the end because the truth is God saw and knew it was going to happen. But this verse reminds us that sometimes we will lose things, but in return we will get something from God that is beyond comprehension. It wasn’t because you did something wrong, or you were never enough, or you were incapable of anything. God allowed it to happen because he saw what he could do through you and he knew how you would respond by testing you. God loves and cares for you, don’t you ever let anyone tell you that you’re not good enough or incapable, life is only 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react. As a brother in Christ, go get what you know what you’re worth and do it all in the Glory of God because life is too short to live and we would all be happy to live a life fulfilled with meaning rather than instant regret.
