A Englishman fascinated with wood fire cooking. Being married to a beautiful Sardinian lady I’ve slowly discovered the world of cooking over wood fire over the past 17 years. We try and escape the gloom of South London to my wife’s homeland, feasting, cooking and exploring, while immersed in the beauty of the Mediterranean. Surrounded by generous and knowledgable extended family and friends. I’d like to hopefully share this knowledge with the world and bring a bit of ‘food porn’ to the plate!
