Darrell is originally from Southern California, he attended BIT / Musicians Institute in 1984/85 studying with instructors Jeff Berlin, and Tim Bogert along with well-known bassist Tim Landers. After finishing at BIT Darrell embarked on a busy career of live shows with "The Champs" Mary Well, Martha Reeves, Billy Preston, Frankie Avalon, Gary Puckett, and he worked as the bassist for Cirque Du Soleil’s Mystere in Las Vegas (2003-2008) and Cirque’s ZED show in Tokyo 2008-2011). #bassplayer
