From playing cigar box guitars to building them, from making original music with iOS software to performing (for the camera) with hardware synths, from adding a small modular rig to complement the hardware to 700hp of modular gear over 18U and three (almost) separate cases. Isn’t a bit of spare cash a wonderful thing?

In more recent news, I have now retired, which means that the working from home area in the studio is now a second sound desk. There are still not enough hours in the day however- experimenting with sound design, weirder and wackier methods of processing audio files, Buchla-related madness… And if that were not enough, I’ve now made my writing debut for the stage as one of three authors of a four-act relationship drama which has just (February 2025) finished a sell-out run. Now if I can only combine the two things…
