Tired of the stereotyped music gay people supposedly like. We're a broad church with broad tastes. This page is just a small pebble on the Soul Music beach. There is even some Disco tunes and Modern Soul. Glasgow's always been a huge Soul Music city and Motown was heard blasting out of many a window. For many gay people,music from the Jazz and torch singers it was a smooth step forward into Soul, Northern Soul and Disco. No Industry telling you what you should listen to or what they say defines you. The fight for rights as with black people heavily influenced what many listened to. I like tons of music from every era and genre but still get pulled back into the soul world. it's as alluring as a piece thrown fae the windae :-)
