Recently, the City of Miami enhanced it's three permitting systems, iBuild, iPW, and OAS, within a comprehensive, city-wide program called ePlan Review. ePlan Review allows residents and business to apply for permits online, upload supporting documents and plans (drawings), review and respond to City reviewer comments, and download final decisions / approvals. Currently ePlan Review encompasses three different departments and four systems: iBuild, iPW, OAS, and ProjectDox.
