Rivers Ablaze
Rivers Ablaze is a progressive death/black metal band from Hungary.
Started in 2019 as a one-man project of Budapest-based guitarist Márton Kertész (Sear Bliss, ex-Special Providence) and evolved into a massive live band in 2022, including prominent members of the Hungarian underground metal scene.
The eclectic and experimental mixture of death metal, black metal and progressive metal frames a unique experience, along with the multi-layered songwriting, and the intense, ruthless, but at the same time atmospheric passages.
Already in its first active year, the band managed to perform at the most important underground festivals and venues in their home country, and they are planning to extend to international stages as soon as possible.
The newest full-length album, titled "OMNIPRESENCE" will drop on october 13th 2023 under metal.hu.
