The Spurgeon Sermon Series is a growing collection of audio sermons by C.H. Spurgeon recorded by pastor Gavin Childress for the continuation of Charles Spurgeon's ministry. Just as through Abel's acceptable sacrifice, 'he being dead yet speaketh' (Heb. 11:4), we are delighted that by such recordings, the impact and influence of his message may be furthered.
Each sermon was recorded for the Glory of God alone and the spread of His Glorious Gospel, aiming to magnify the Name of His Son, Jesus Christ, far above that of any instrument or vessel. Please feel free to stream, download, copy and share any sermon audio recording for non-commercial use.

Due to busyness on my part (Pastor Gavin's son) as the uploader, there has been such a delay.

1) A Harp of Ten Strings (Luke 1:46-47) – on the wonderful subject of praise, written from Spurgeon's sickbed to be read aloud!
2) A Challenge and a Shield (Romans 8:34) – on overcoming guilt! It looks at our sins in their different contexts and degrees of heinousness, and shows that the Cross of Christ is the antidote for them all. The sins we have repented of can all be washed away. Whether it is guilt over sins past or present, the true believer can find peace through the triumphant refrain: “It is Christ that died.”
3) The Holy Ghost - the Need of the Age (Micah 2:7) – All explanation is in the title.

1. The Lifting Up of The Bowed Down (Luke 13:10-13) – on the glorious hope found in the Saviour when we are in despair, depression or any difficulty. (A great blessing!)
2. The Main Matter (John 20:30) – on Jesus being the object of our faith and the One whom our lives should point to.
3. The Tenderness of Jesus (Heb 4:15) – on Jesus being able to graciously sympathise with our infirmities and weaknesses.

Little did I know there are over 200+ legally free Faith-based movies. These have been made available by the producers. (A documentary on Spurgeon is also included.) New movies will be added as & when they are released (God willing).
