My aim is to inspire others to see the beauty that the outdoors has to offer and show that nature provides us with resources that we can use and enjoy. We all love food and I try to cook many different dishes using many different methods at home and out in nature. I will camp both wild and at paid campsite and I will visit many beautiful places in Scotland, looking at the plants and animals as I go on my journey.
