Born in Tel Aviv (1984) and received music and art education all the way from elementary school to high school. She later studied Musicology in Tel Aviv University (2005). Riff wrote her first album during an art residency in Cité des Arts and filmed the A Paris (2010) music video, to great acclaim in Israel and all over the world. Riff understood the world is in need of a new rhythm, one that ranges between the extremities, from classical music all the way to north african beats. “The world needs a new rhythm, a new tempo”.
