Monster Hunter killing TPC In cold blood with that mount system 2 days after everyone screaming about their patents, Hilarious. Alt read: They were intimidated out of pretty simple QoL, but the swaps seem quick enough to not be a huge deal.

Who the hell signed off on the virtual boy coming back? Nobody's nostalgic for that. Is it some kind of tax thing or just stupid?

Never knew I wanted Samus on a Motorbike but I've never wanted anything more than what that implies for the game loop.

Pokopia seems like it'd be a good focus for GameFreak's Teensy Widdle Baby Addiction Machine that I'd respect if it could be an outlet for all the family-friendly-obligation but we've had those on and off since the very beginning. This game at least knows the point and I can't ask for more but I don't super care.

Z-A trailer is more nothingburger because they think new Mega Designs are actual information about a game's structure or plot.

Worst thing to happen yesterday is that TPC patented “Summoning Gameplay” in a way that would implicate games 20 years younger than their use of the method.

Palworld broke some goddamn brains, didn’t it? Point out that they suck at their jobs just by being mid and suddenly they’re turning into Patent Trolls bogarding the notion of State Machines in a game’s primary movement mechanic.
