#Epilepsy during #Ramadan fasting:
1. Slowly move the 💊 time by 30 minutes each day to reach dawn and sunset times.
2. If a seizure happen during the month then better to stop fasting
3. If missed a morning dose then break the fast and take the 💊
4. Avoid staying up late
5. Discuss with your neurologist for personal recommendations

New study showed that cigarettes smoking has x4 increase risk of #Seizures in people with #Epilepsy
Note: Varenicline (Chantix) might increase risk of Seizures so better to avoid it.
