I am a wife & mother of 4 (plus 8 cats, 3 dogs & a handful of others I cook for daily for 10+ yrs). I started doing cooking videos for our friends & have recently launched this channel so I could help YOU. I cook a LOT of whole food plant based meals as well as vegan, keto & more. My philosophy in teaching is to provide reasoning & not just direction via someone's recipe. I seek to explain, breakdown & help you understand the foods & tools I'm working with & my goal is to make sure you're much better off for having joined me.
