1. Non-Alc Tea Time
Ingredients:
1 oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
1 oz earl grey tea
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
ginger beer

Instructions:
Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker tin
Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
Strain over ice and top with ginger beer

2. Non-Alc Peach Better Have My Honey
Ingredients:
½ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
¼ oz honey syrup
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
4-5 basil leaves
ginger ale

Instructions:
Add all ingredients except ginger ale to a shaker tin
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
Stain over ice and top with ginger ale
