A truly special episode. Martin Mejias a.k.a "Chango" is the last of a dying breed of New York City drug kingpins who got rich during the crack boom of the 1980's. From an impoverished family of Puerto Rican immigrants, Chango was broke and oftentimes homeless during his early years. But then, in 1985 crack hit, and at just 13 years old, he formed the Yellow Top Crew on the westside of Harlem. They grew to become a million-dollar-a-week operation, selling so much crack and committed so many murders that an NYPD task force was set up for the sole purpose of taking them down. The stories from the crack era in New York City and the sophistication with which these young man ran their organizations, they never fail to amaze me. This episode will leave your jaw on the floor. Go support Chango but showing him some love in the comments. Thank you so much for watching. xxoo

Matt Cox is on the podcast this week. He has one of the most incredible stories in the true crime genre. Every other sentence left me speechless. I tried to get an interview that was deeper and more personal than most other podcasts that feature Matt. There's a lot of opinions of him out there, but by the end of the pod he'd won me over. Or maybe it was just a really good con...lol. Make sure leave a like and a comment and check out Matt's podcast ‪@InsideTrueCrime‬

Great episode with ‪@MattyBoy1417‬ Matty is the founder of F.A.I.M (The Family Affiliated Irish Mafia) an Irish American street gang he formed in his meth infested hometown of Rodeo, California. He grew up in gang and prison culture, was selling crank at age 13 and by age 20 was running cell blocks in different CA state prisons. Then in 2004, he caught a Fed case for 150 kilos, and spent the next ten years in prison. While he was down, he started writing poetry, and when he came home he turned it into rapping. Now, he is one of the hottest up-and-coming rappers in the Bay Area. Check out his music and make sure to leave us a like and a comment! https://youtu.be/Zb7OCy-pGU4?si=J7GCa...

‪@JdDelay5150‬ is on the podcast this week! Probably the most fun I've had since I started doing this show. From stealing cars while high on Meth to pummeling diaper snipers on the prison yard, JD is an ex-convict with WILD stories to tell. He's a fellow Oregon boy just like me, and served time in 7 penitentiaries before finally getting clean and turning his life around. Now he runs one of the best youtube channels in the prison genre. Fantastic conversation with Ray Trapani, star of the new Netflix documentary "Bit-Conned." Ray was part of one of the biggest Crypto frauds during the beginning of the bubble in 2017. He defrauded investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars while supporting an insane Xanax addiction. I wanted to get the full story, not just what they portrayed him to be on the documentary. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for watching and make sure you go check out the "Bit-Conned" and follow Ray on Instagram.

What's up everyone! We unfortunately had to temporarily pull down today's episode. At the last minute the video got hit with all kinds of restrictions. We are working on getting it all handled right now and will have it back up soon! Sorry for the inconvenience, we are all too familiar with this kind of situation and the war room is at full throttle. Stay tuned and keep fighting The Man!

Tijuana, Mexico used to be one of the most violent cities in the world, during the cartel war between the Sinaloa and Tijuana organizations from 2004 to 2008. Ed Calderon was part of an elite undercover police unit in Tijuana during this time, and witnessed more death and violence than most soldiers do in officially declared wars. This is his story, and we are immensely grateful to him for sharing it with us. Thank you for watching and make sure to leave a like and a comment underneath the video, we want to blow this episode up!
