உலகத்தார் அனைவரின் (எஜமானாகிய) இறைவனால் இது அருளப்பட்டது.
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.

Imam Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“I have left you with two matters which will never lead you astray, as long as you hold to them:
the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of his Prophet.”
