Linda's approach to meditation combines mind-body awareness and psychology with spirituality and does not align itself with a belief system or religion. Her experience spans thirty years in the integrative healthcare field; she is qualified in subtle energy healing, Clinical Hypnosis, N.L.P. Coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique and has been teaching meditation for over twenty years. Chronically ill with M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for almost a decade some years ago gave her first hand experience of the profound benefits of meditation. A warm and insightful teacher, Linda is passionate about enabling others to feel empowered through mindfulness and self-compassion. Her MP3s and CDs have found a global audience.
