Hi everyone! Welcome to Chef Ana's Gourmet Kitchen. This channel will help you master cooking techniques and create some of the most amazing dishes you have ever tasted from your own home. I attended culinary school in Los Angeles and worked at some of the best fine dining restaurants in the world, including Wolfgang Puck's Spago and Jose Andreas' The Bazaar. I then became Executive Pastry Chef for The Sugar Factory then later moved into a corporate position for The Cheesecake Factory. After 16 years in the restaurant industry, I moved to Southern California to start my family and I am now a stay-at-home mom to a beautiful baby boy. I often cook and bake for my family and friends and they constantly tell me that my food is to die for and that I should start my own fine dining restaurant, so I decided to start this channel in order to pass on my expert knowledge and delicious recipes to you.
