I’m Rochée Jeffrey, an NAACP Image Award–winning writer, director, and stand-up. I worked my way up in Hollywood from production assistant to co-executive producer, with credits including grown-ish, Woke, SMILF, BH90210, Step Up, and Santa Inc. My work has lived on HBO and Audible, across TV, film, theater, and podcasts.

Then I left Hollywood — not because I failed, but because the system changed and I wanted to build something owned, sustainable, and aligned.
