I know first-hand the overwhelmand frustration of losing weight. I personally lost over 100lbs the natural way, so I decided to share my journey with those who were willing to listen. For the past 2 1/2 years, I have taught thousands of students how to rebuild their physical bodies and how to modify their behaviors regarding a nutritional diet so that they can accomplish their weight loss goals successfully. I teach virtual and physical fitness classes daily, where I work both in a group setting and one-on-one with clients/students. Helping them to find the true happiness in staying fit and healthy. I am extremely active on social media, where I publicize videos daily to encourage and motivate my followers to continue on their fight to live a healthier lifestyle.
