I was going to say this a while ago (I keep forgetting), but if we're being honest guys, Awesomebro isn't really that bad. It's also really misunderstood and misused

I've seen a lot of things considered awesomebro, but I don't really see much reason in them being considered that. There's many interpretations of extinct animals that are instantly judged and considered awesomebro. Some even include life reconstructions from the 1900s all the way to the 2000s (Non-movie) which I honestly find it pretty dumb. There's even outdated information or theories being depicted as awesomebro like Tyrannosaurs running or size estimates. That doesn't really count as awesomebro, because it doesn't really have much to do with bloodlust and stuff.


Then another problem I see are people who like "awesomebro" interpretations of dinosaurs and stuff being harassed and bullshit for simply liking the designs or picking them over others. You can like any animal design, accurate or not.

Allow me to remind you what Awesomebro really is in Paleomedia. It's when an extinct animal is portrayed as a bloodthirsty monster that kills and/or fights all the time for no reason. Don't judge by the design of something. Acknowledge the point of view instead. For example, you don't see Disney's Carnotaurs killing everything in their sights in every scene they're in. All they're doing is trying to survive like everyone else. I don't mind the designs of animals anymore. The looks would only count for being cool or whatever which that's totally fine. You can find anything cool, terrifying or nostalgic and no one can tell you that you can't.

And with awesomebro people, that's when someone hates real life reconstructions over the design they love. Not because someone simply likes that design more than others. As I said, you can like any design accurate or not and you just can't hate something without reason.

You can still like some pieces of Awesomebro as well, honestly. Not saying that all awesomebro is fine. There are still some pieces of awesomebro that do deserve the controversy like Jurassic Fight Club with the way they depict behaviour of the animals (The designs don't really matter) and perhaps on how they treat animals like Ceratosaurus in the show if that counts (And talking about the Ceratosaurus mistreatment isn't fucking treating dinosaurs like politics, especially when you're defending the animal, not calling any names though he deserves it). At the end of the day, it's still an interpretation and a piece of paleo media.

And don't worry guys, I still love accurate designs and stuff. I'm not turning against anything, lol. All I'm saying is a reminder of what Awesomebro really is and how you can like anything in paleomedia.
