I emphasize gear and technique, balanced between equipment reviews and how-to's. DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom and other photo and video software makes their way into the shows, too.

I truly believe we have reached a point where common technology (the computers, phones, operating systems, televisions, apps, toaster ovens, that we use every day) have reached a point of complexity where even the people who write their code can’t fix their problems, much less can the consumer. A.I. will have to rise above this, so we can say “hey A.I. my tv isn’t working” and it’ll figure out if it’s the tv, the set top box, the wireless speakers, the modem, the ISP, the wifi, the router, the network switch, the fiber in the ground, or the toaster oven that is at fault. It’ll then rewrite the code to make it work. The complexity of even a “simple” home TV setup is so many layers deep that we need an intelligence greater than the sum of all those who created it to fix it when it stops working.
