My name is Amy and my mission is to Educate, Support, and Encourage, victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse.

I am just a woman who had a hell of a ride with an abusive narcissist and decided to share my personal experiences and observations here in YouTube-land. Don't get too hung up on diagnosing or pinpointing the narcissists "type". Look at their behaviours as a whole, and if they are toxic and abusive, that's all you need to know.
Narcissism is a personality disorder, not a disease. There should be no stigma with identifying and eliminating toxic people from your life.
