Hello dear friends.
I want to leave this message and I hope it can be read by many people, I hope you can help me to spread it.
I have a big problem with the most important video of my channel Samurai Meditation # 3. Someone that for now I will not name not to give any promotion or hate, has used a fragment of my music in a song without my permission.
Now youtube has withdrawn the monetization of this video, I have been literally stolen. I feel a great indignation and impotence. I have been working and creating music for many years for the love of it and trying to humbly help with my music that you can feel better at some point. I only claim what is mine and I have created with my effort, but there are people out there who take advantage and do not respect others.
Youtube has a content identification system called the content Id.
I used it at the beginning to protect my music, but I stopped using it because many respectful people wrote me to use my music in their videos and meditations and I didn't think it was right to be constantly with content Id claims to people who have shown respect and asked for permission. On the other hand, this system filled the videos with ads that interrupted the viewer's experience and it's not something I like. Now I am faced with this sad situation.
I have taken the first steps to claim, but for now they have rejected my allegations, despite having the video uploaded more than a year ago and having more than 1,700,000 views, having my song on all streaming platforms. They deny me the authorship and a song that has been published for a few days is going to take my income. It is extremely unfair and I will not allow it.
That's why I have decided to hide my video until this situation is resolved. I'm not going to give anything to this guy. Not because of the money he might take, but because of an ethical issue, someone who steals does not deserve any benefit. My video has about 7 and 8k views a day and right now he is benefiting from this.
I have been very distressed with this for several days and looking for a way to solve it, but it is not easy. I take this opportunity to ask for help if there is any other musician to whom something similar has happened and has been able to solve it without having to go to lawyers and courts.
I don't want to go against this artist either, I have tried to contact him, but he doesn't answer. The 25 seconds that he has stolen from me hurts me but I am not going to destroy him, I just want to be able to continue with my channel and my music in peace. On the other hand, that they take away the monetization of a one hour video, for 25 seconds is something that should be reviewed, but anyway...right now that's how it works.

Parece que el misterioso algoritmo de youtube últimamente no esta enseñando los videos que voy publicando,al menos es lo que marcan as estadísticas del propio youtube. Así que espero que desde aquí los puedan ver.
