This channel was created to help others to start or grow their businesses on the internet.

My first foray into self improvement happened when a friend handed me a copy of Khalil Gibran's The Prophet at age 13. I have been hooked ever since.

As a Business Coach there will always be a leaning towards digital marketing as this is what I specialise in. However, the inner game is also vitally important, so I will be helping out here too.

Away from work, I am a keen ultra endurance athlete and love anything involving a great adventure.
