Hard Roll Jiu Jitsu is a systematic course of study for grapplers who want to train hard without breaking down.
This channel is for people who actually show up. The ones who train consistently, feel the wear and tear, and understand that longevity matters as much as performance.
My name is Rome, and I’m a first-degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with over twenty years on the mats. I competed when I was younger, suffered injuries that were supposed to end my training, and rebuilt my body without surgery by developing systems most people never get taught.
What I share here isn’t trendy or flashy. It’s the work that lets you apply pressure without falling apart, recover fast enough to train again, and keep your body reliable under the stress of Jiu Jitsu.
Hard Roll Jiu Jitsu focuses on breathwork, structure, strength, and recovery - the work that helps your body hold up as rounds get harder and years add up.
If you want to train for life, you’re in the right place.
