My father and his family have been pioneer bakers in Srilanka and currently runs well known bakeries to date. From a young age, I have followed my father in his baking and culinary footsteps

Started my career in the hospitality industry with experience from both well known local and international chain of hotels.

The last few months gave me time to re visit my passion for cooking and wanted to share my love and talent for cooking with all of you

As u must have noticed form the videos I upload I do a lot of fusion cooking mearging the modern with the local authentic cooking.
Cooking is very enjoyable if we are passionate about what we cook and to experiment with different styles & flavors.
