Hey hey, we passed 250k subscribers a while back (welcome everyone - ya’ll are the freaking best!) so you know what that means: time to use a milestone as an excuse for a “get to know me” video! (As if most of my videos aren’t get-to-know-me videos already… 😂)
Since I did a Q&A a couple years ago when we hit 100k, let’s mix it up this time - I’ve always thought the “answering your assumptions about me” format is a lot of fun, so let’s do it!
Leave your wildest, most outrageous, or potentially most accurate assumptions about me in the comments, and we’ll have a good time going through them with confirmations and denials. Is there anything left that I haven’t already overshared about? Who’s to say!
I might even use this chat as an opportunity to get some work done on a certain felt-heavy skirt-in-progress… In case anyone wants a sneak peak. 😏
Since re-making my designs isn't a super common practice for me, I thought I'd start by consulting you, my lovely viewers! Do you have any specific questions about the design or construction of these three garments that I could potentially answer for you (or just show more clearly) in the video? Our home is not in an evacuation zone, and we're so incredibly grateful for that, but the devastation here in LA is horrific and heartbreaking. Thousands of families have lost their homes and everything they own, and unfortunately, it's far from being over.
