ESKA: A Genre-Hopping Journey
Zimbabwean-born, London-raised artist ESKA has collaborated with icons like Grace Jones, Zero 7, and Tony Allen while also choral directing for Matthew Herbert and Bobby McFerrin. Her Mercury Prize-nominated 2015 debut blended experimental and organic sounds, leading to her theatre scoring and acting debut in Paradise (National Theatre, 2021).

In 2024, she co-wrote songs for This Town (BBC), scored Sweet Sue (Curzon/BBC), and contributed to the award-winning Child Podcast (BBC Sounds/Radio 4).

Now, after two decades of trailblazing collaborations, ESKA fully embraces her own vision with The Ordinary Life of a Magic Woman, out 25th April 2025 #vinylfirst then 23rd May 2025 digital.
