My name is Adriano and I have over 10 years of experience working in tech with data. I am AWS Certified with the AWS Certified data analytics - specialty and solution architect- associate. I have had various roles in data-centric positions over the years being a data engineer, leading a team of data engineers, and being a cloud solution architect. I am currently a full-time data & analytics consultant helping customers build modern data platforms. I'm passionate about Data Engineering and want to share some of that in the form of tutorials to help data engineers and aspiring data engineers.

So my best friend Daniel recently launched his AWS Learning Accelerator course and I think this course would be beneficial for data engineers looking to get more hands-on experience with some AWS Services. He has a dedicated module on data processing and storage on AWS. This course puts you in the position as a software developer for a government agency and your task is to develop a serverless application that detects certain facial features from user-submitted photographs.
This module covers processing data with lambda functions, integrating with the Amazon Rekognition Service, and using Dynamodb as the database.
