I am a big fan of the outdoors. Admittedly, I do not get out as much as I would like due to life's commitments.
That being said, whenever I feel the itch to once again glimpse nature I have dozens of fellow enthusiasts putting out content which enables me to take a quick nature trip at the click of a button.
Following along on their adventures, sharing their excitement, their disappointments and even laughs and shenanigans is calming and refreshing.
As an avid DIY'er I also love to make and tweak my gear. I of course buy that which I do not have the resources / time to make. With YouTube, we can learn to do / make almost anything. And reviews give us a glimpse of what we are potentially getting into before we make a purchase. I have learnt much from so many creative, talented and knowledgeable YouTubers.
So with the humble intent of adding to this pool in my small way, I started this channel.

Just refreshes the lines as they got damaged during my last trip. Just small hank but it's 2 full sets of 12ft, 7/64 braided line + 3 foot tree huggers + soft shackles.
Just 73g / 2.6oz!
(But most of all I love how compact it is)

EDC, about as small as it gets. There's no torch here. But then again, phones have flashlight functions so it's not a must.

I got the GSI Java Drip for simple & good coffee on trail. But then I also found it hard to get good coffee when travelling. So the GSI Java Drip is now no longer part of just my outdoors kit but rather has become a part of a growing set nomadic objects, dwelling wherever they are needed - sometimes in my backpack, but also in my cabin or even check in luggage together with my Toaks 450 (coz hotel ceramic cups don't play well with the Java Drip).
Our hiking and camping gear is oftentimes the peak of design as a lot is demanded of outdoor gear. Do consider using them in everyday off trail life too.
