We help runners feel like they're flying.

Runners and triathletes from beginner to Olympian use our online courses and coaching to improve their form and performance. We specialize in helping runners with problems their medical practitioners couldn't solve and those committed to fulfilling their potential.

We use the Feldenkrais Method of Movement Education, which makes our work gentle enough to help injured runners but powerful enough to help those performing at the highest levels.

In addition to our online courses and coaching, we also offer in-person consultations and lessons by appointment in Salt Lake City, Utah.
