দুধ চা খেলে ওজন বাড়বে কি না, তা নির্ভর করবে চায়ে ব্যবহৃত উপাদানের ওপর। চায়ে তেমন কোনো ক্যালরি নেই। তবে এর অ্যান্টি–অক্সিডেন্ট স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য উপকারী।

চিনি ছাড়া চা খাওয়া তো শিখে গেলাম কিন্তু দুধ চা ছাড়তে পারছি না 😔কে কে আছেন আমার মতো !
চা ছাড়তে চান কিন্তু পারছেন না !
