Error Code 403 is usually an issue with Roblox servers, but in severe cases it means you've been Browser Banned. A Browser Ban lasts for 7 days, (typically,) and is like an IP ban but with less restrictions. If the error does last for 7 days, it typically means you've committed a felony or extremely violated their TOS on Roblox.
