Color My World

I am around 3 weeks into unpacking my house. It's been crazy. Most of my art supplies survived. I can't seem to find most of my paints, but I did find my brushes. I have never had art supplies so organized before. I can't wait to show you. So of course when it's crazy it needs to be crazier! Two of my daughters are also moving and all of us have to be done by January 1st. We had some really crazy twist of events. The holidays are flying and I have 2 Grandchildren now experiencing their first. We will all be together so it's even more special. I can't wait to start posting again. Expect the videos to start coming around the first or second week of December. I wanted it a bit earlier but with the twist of events it's impossible. There isn't enough hours in the day. I have no help with my house because my girls are packing up their own. You won't believe where they are moving to.........9-10

My stuff is home. I have boxes all over the place. I saw one bin of pencils but they aren't my good ones. I found my Prismacolor markers. I was sure they were trashed from being in the dry Vegas heat and in a storage unit. Nope, the first one I tested was fine. I have about 2 weeks of unpacking and I'll start doing videos. Of course that can always change. I am so excited after living like a homeless person in my home for a year. Everything I owned was in the Unit while the house was redecorated. You will not recognize it. I barely do. Nothing is the same.

I have been developing new skills. I have a glue gun on one hip and a caulk gun on the other. Tomorrow I get my colored pencils back after not seeing any of them for over a year! I redecorated every room in my house! So many changes I couldn't list them here in one post. I thought I was going to move, redecorated and fell back in love with my old house. I put so much sweat equity into it and came 2 weeks to closing. I didn't like the deal the buyers and real estate people were giving me. I backed out. Warning... don't try to take advantage of a widow just because you think they are weak. WE AREN'T! They underestimated me. They thought I had to move. I didn't. Far from it! Now get out and vote. Women at stronger when standing together.

When you pray for Grandchildren and then get two four months apart. Welcome to the world my sweet baby girl. Your big cousin, Ezra, is ready to meet and protect you. OK, maybe once he learns to sit up on his own. Both my babies are doing great.

Taking his Newborn hearing screening test. He passed. I can't wait for him to come home. He turned 3 weeks yesterday. He is over 6 pounds now and doing great.
