For those who are having a hard time with Tenno Sho Spring and believe the URA finals are the final challenge, reminder you can get a harder Tenno Sho Spring as final race in following campaigns!
It has been announced that Haru Urara has passed away at the age of 29. During her active years, the horse was famous for racing over 100 races and never achieving 1st place causing a boom in her popularity, saving her racecourse as well as her fate. The following decades she would live across two other popularity booms, one during the debut of the Uma Musume series and her second boom this year due to the release of the global version of this game's franchise.
Figured out that maybe digging for race BGMs across almost 400 videos might be a bit annoying so now those themes have a dedicated playlist in release order: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ...
Fun fact: Real life events are acknowledged in the Uma Musume game. For example, the 2011 Japan Earthquake happens in Transcend's campaign (pic 1), this leads to one of her scenario races happening in a different racetrack and with a different fanfare too. Meanwhile the 2019 Coronavirus pandemic is acknowledged in Loves Only You's (pic 2), making some of her scenario races happen with no public and no sound effects on the race other than steps and skill's sound effects, plus winning lives becoming unavailable.
