Dead Zone ka matlab hai woh area jo probe ke bilkul paas hota hai jahan par defect detect nahi ho pata ya clearly detect nahi hota.

Angle probe me dead zone normal probe se thoda different behavior show karta hai.

Ultrasonic Testing me jab pulse transmit hoti hai, to kuch microseconds tak probe receive mode me properly kaam nahi karta.
Is wajah se surface ke paas wale defects detect nahi ho paate.

Job Description – NDT Inspector (MPI & Visual Inspection)

Location: Pithampur, Indore

Qualification Required - 10th/ITI/Diploma
• Valid NDT Certification (Mandatory)


Job Responsibilities

• Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) using MPI machine on metallic components (e.g., cam shafts).
• Conduct visual inspection of metallic components to identify defects, cracks, or irregularities.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare reports as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols during inspection activities.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues.


Working Hours

• 8.5 hours per day
• Overtime available as per requirement


Facilities

• Canteen Facility: Lunch/Dinner and one-time snack provided.• ₹598 per month will be deducted from salary for canteen services.

• Transport Facility: Available with a deduction of ₹562 per month.• Employees may also arrange their own commute.

• Accommodation: Not provided by the company.• Multiple rental options (rooms/flats) available within 2 km of the plant.
• Shared accommodation possible with existing employees.

Salary
• ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 CTC per month (finalized as per interview performance).
