HI! My name is Lauren Fitzgerald, but most people call me Dr. FITz. I'm a "recovering anesthesiologist" who left the wonderful world of the operating room & traditional "western medicine" to pursue my true passion which is helping others to create their healthiest, happiest, most optimized life. I am a teacher at heart and instead of "giving a man a fish" I choose to "teach them how to fish" on a regular basis using my voice. The Dr. FITz Show is all about teaching people how to take ownership of their health and ultimately their happiness by giving other like-minded voices a place to help others on this journey called life.
