Oklahoma's Attorney General Gentner Drummond has ordered an investigative audit into Oklahoma's Department of Education.


Drummond said current and former OSDE staff are raising questions about how taxpayer dollars were used while now-former Superintendent Ryan Walters was in office.


Drummond cites, "the former Superintendent’s well-established history of mishandling tax dollars, combined with new and ongoing allegations of misspending."
