Usha Niak is a Rajyoga Meditation Teacher, Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Counsellor, Author, and T.V Personality. She has been with Brahma Kumaris since 1974 and is currently based at their Global Headquarters. Her research focuses on the great epics of India, “Ramayana” and “Bhagwad Gita”. She has received numerous awards, including the "Hall of Fame" award by the Public Relations Council of India in 2012, "Moral Award 2019" and a Peace Medal from the Thailand government, and the prestigious G.O.D. award in Los Angeles, USA in 2019. Her lectures are available on YouTube and T.V. in Hindi and English. She helps people overcome mental stress, anxiety, addictions, and low self-esteem through her guidance.
