So the experience lasted about 28 hours, it was intense!
This photo is me the day after (lol). I was feeling all over the place, so I captured my face. The paint is from the Pygmies, which helps open your 3rd Eye.
These plant medicine journey's are not very easy at all. It's no 'vacation', even though I enjoyed my time in Costa Rica immensely.
I had deep revelations of what life is about, healing traumatic memories, and coming back to 'reality' with total stillness.
It's as if there is nothing happening inside, no doubts / worries / fears, just deep serenity and clarity.
And a connection with my Soul and nature deeper than ever.
My higher calling also became crystal clear. A calling evolved from my current one, yet bigger and more expansive. And interestingly enough, something I would have never guessed I would do in this lifetime.
I am so thankful for the master teacher, Iboga, for showing me the path 🙏
And am so grateful for my teachers, Shaman's Brad & Sarah, the time spent with you both for the week was an incredible blessing and illuminating 🌟
The further you go into the shadows you fear, the more freedom and peace you unlock.
Go to the shadows, they hold the treasure you seek.
And the shadows turn out to be light and love the whole time ❤️
The healing, insights, and new level of awareness are at new heights for me.
And the groundedness and inner peace I feel is the deepest it's ever been.

With the help of Spirit walking with me, I was able to face them with strength.
To the master teacher, Iboga, thank you for the most profound healing work you do and for enlightening the way.

Throwback to a time when I met Les Brown in a Wholefoods (lol).
I had met him one time before at an event in Kansas many years back, but this was just amazing to manifest into my life.
Les was so caring and interested in what I did, who I was, and taking the time to really talk to me (even though he was grocery shopping with his daughter). We spoke about me being a coach for Bob Proctor and how Bob was a good friend of Les's.
His voice had a tremendous impact on me. I give him (among many others) so much credit for where I am today on my journey.
I remember I first used to listen to him before going to the gym when I was in University. Everyone thought I was weird and crazy (lol), but there was just something about his voice that deeply resonated with me. It helped me feel like big things were possible, that I was meant for a higher purpose of some sort.
I think it's important to always remember: You impact people more than you know and are present for. You don't always get to see the impact, but they do.
Les Brown did this for me. He created all those speeches so many years ago and had no idea a "Scott Haug" was going to be listening to them... but I was (and so many others) years later.
Thank you always to Les Brown for the service and impact you bring to me and countless others🙏

Can you image 2,000 or so years ago coming up with the idea to build the Colosseum?
It's interesting to think about.
If this Masterpiece could be built 2,000 years ago and still stands today, what could you build today 10,000 times easier?
What empire could you be building?
What 'brick' could you be laying today to create an even better foundation for "Your Colosseum?"
Your dreams are important energies for this world. And you have the capacity to see these dreams out.
It's not always overnight, though. In fact, most times it's not.
But if you focus on "Your Colosseum" and take one new building step each day, you will start to live what you once imagined.
I believe very strongly that manifestation is just shifting your consciousness to a new Identity, where you enter a parallel reality that matches that new Identity.
What would you think and believe if "Your Colosseum" was already built? How would you already be?
Find ways to fuse with that Identity now. And you will start to unfold this better future.
It's not always an easy path. In fact, sometimes it's filled with discouraging moments, frustration when things are moving slow, or disappointments.
But it's worth it to keep seeing it out, to keep striving for your Greatness.

After 9 years and working with 2,500 clients solely doing online work, my Soul has shared with me that it's time to translate this into in-person too.

The Colosseum was first an idea.
Everything starts in the mind first. It's always been this way so far as we know in human existence.
