Friday's video is 12 hours of Soma Stillfield Rain - a calming soundscape, created from gentle rainfall recorded inside a real garden maze!! So it has a lovely half sheltered, half immersive sound to it.

This is combined with a layer of Grounding Brown Noise, subtly vibrating at 5Hz - that acts as a protective field of stillness and calm. This Brown Noise is there to stamp out rumination and entrain the brain waves - the pattern of brain activity - into a rhythm that's conducive to relaxation and sleep.

Nature sounds have also been shown to lower cortisol (the body’s primary stress hormone) and support emotional regulation... So being enveloped by natural rain can create a sense of refuge, security, and spaciousness.

Check in on Friday at 23:00 UK time to see what you make of it!

Wednesday's video - Calming Vagus Velvet - is made from different layers of Cream Velvet Noise. One of these gently rises and falls, another carries a subtle 4Hz isochronic rhythm and a third is just steady throughout.

The moving layer, I hope will engage the subconscious to calm down any tendency to ruminate. Meanwhile, the hidden 4Hz isochronic pattern mirrors the frequency range associated with deep relaxation states, giving the mind something gentle and rhythmic to synchronise with.

Overall, it's crafted to encourage a sense of groundedness, settling the nervous system while remaining soft, warm and enveloping.

It's out on Wednesday at 23:00 UK time - so I hope to see you then!

Sunday's video will hopefully give your senses an ASMR Massage. Accordingly, it's called Brain Massaging Space Static - and is crafted from quietly crackling particles suspended in a soft, wide-band static field, blended. A bit like the warm sound of a vinyl record...

Added to this, is a soothing Deep Brown Bass that adds richness, depth, and a gently grounding foundation. The result is an enveloping sonic atmosphere that feels both expansive and intimately close.

See if the very subtle crackles help you clear your mind and relax - it's out on Sunday night at 23:00 UK time...

Friday's video is 'Sunwarmth Serotonin Rain' - a soundscape that aims to evoke the comforting warmth of the sun, shining through rainfall. This one blends heavy rain falling on a vast field, Gold Noise, and a very subtle 1Hz rhythmic pulse to create an atmosphere that feels grounding, nourishing, and deeply reassuring.

Heavy rain provides a consistent, predictable sound that masks external noise and helps the brain drop into a more peaceful, inward-focused state. Gold Noise adds richness and warmth - giving the sensation of brightness or sunlight - while smoothing out sharper frequencies.

And the gentle 1Hz rhythm (like a relaxed heartbeat) is too subtle to consciously follow, but my hope is that your brain will respond to the slow, steady patterns by softening tension and loosening thought loops. Together, these elements recreate the unique emotional comfort of warm rain on a sunny day - bright, cosy, grounding and safe... (It's out on Friday 23:00, UK time).

Overcome overwhelm with NeuroStill SoftSpace Sound - a 12-hour immersive soundscape designed to create a sense of internal spaciousness, stillness, and deep rest.

It's crafted from Crystalline Cream Noise, infused with a subtle hidden 2Hz vibration, and supported by a slow, gently breathing Deep Brown Bass. Together, these layers form a soft, enveloping field of sound that encourages the mind and body to settle, soften, and release tension.

My hope is that these elements form a “softspace” for your inner world - a calm, dark, comfortable expanse where you can drift, decompress, focus, or fall gently into sleep. (Out on Wednesday at 23:00 UK time!)

Happy Thanksgiving - for those of you celebrating!!

I'll be posting another video tomorrow as usual but in the meantime, if you find yourself travelling - can I recommend Cortisol Calming Cascade for trains and planes (though not driving, given how relaxing it is)!

This is my go-to when I'm feeling a bit on edge and just want to chill for the duration of the journey.

And if you're seeing friends and family, I wonder if you could possibly tell them about these videos? November and December tend to be slower months in terms of views as people are away from home a bit more... BUT if word travels about the joys of calming soundz, as it were... that'll be fantastic! :D

I'm sending my thanks to you guys every day - I really can't believe that the sounds I love making are reaching lots of other people. Loads of gratitude to you and may the year ahead be filled with laughter and people you love.

Wednesday's video is Green Glymphatic Noise - a soothing blend of Deep Velvet Noise crafted from the natural sound of a flowing stream (although you likely won’t hear the water itself) combined with gently breathing Soft Green Noise.

This soundscape has been designed to create a velvety, enveloping calm - ideal for sleep, deep rest, meditation, and stress relief.

Nature-based audio textures have been shown to help lower cortisol, the body’s stress hormone, by relaxing the nervous system and evoking the same ease we feel near forests, streams, and gentle outdoor ambience. And so even though this sound is abstracted and refined, I hope it still carries that organic rhythm of nature that helps the mind soften and settle.

It's intended to support sleep, the time when the glymphatic system (the brain’s natural cleansing and waste-clearance system) does most of its work. While we can't be scientifically certain that sound directly supports glymphatic flow, this atmosphere is created to encourage the kind of deep rest in which the brain’s nightly maintenance naturally occurs. I hope it works well for you! (It's out on Wednesday evening at 2300, UK time!)

Sunday's video is called Immersive Endorphin Waves — a uniquely crafted blend of Royal Blue Noise with a subtle 6Hz oscillation and Broad Spectrum Noise with a gentle rise and fall, designed to create a deeply soothing, enveloping soundscape.

This audio has been inspired by the feeling of endorphin release: steady, warm, comforting, and rhythmically balancing. I've tried to encapsulate comfort, release, grounding, and ease.

As always, it's my hope these sounds support your self-soothing, sleep, relaxation, and focus routines. This one will be out on Sunday at 2300 UK time - and in the meantime - I hope you're having a good weekend!

Friday's video is Breathing Oxytocin Rain - a calming soundscape that blends gentle rain falling on plants with a layer of Deep Magenta Noise shaped into a slow, relaxed breathing rise and fall. Designed to cradle the mind and body, this audio creates a sense of safety, warmth, and emotional ease.

Gentle Rain on Plants offers a naturally soothing texture - soft, earthy, and grounding. Deep Magenta Noise adds emotional warmth and depth, supporting a sense of closeness and calm. And when we hear a slow breathing rhythm, the body can take this as a signal to shift out of alertness and into rest.

See if it has this calming effect for yourself, it'll be out on Friday at 2300, UK time...
