Mother’s Day Evening Yoga & Wellness Celebration 🧘♀️✨
Moms, it’s time to exhale. Join the CMCCYC and WISE YOGA for an evening of relaxation and community support. We aren't just stretching—we're bringing the resources you need directly to you.
What’s in store:
• 🧘 For Moms: A gentle 1-hour yoga session and deep breathing to melt away stress.
• 📋 Health Resources: Connect with local health partners and advocates right on-site. Get the info you need for your family's well-being!
• 🎨 For the Children: Fully-supervised creative crafts and story-time for kids (ages 4-10) in an adjacent room.
• 🎟 COST: FREE! (Pre-registration is required)
