33 of y'all replied to the poll about the YouTube Algo changing. 73% said your Feed was different! My certainly changed.
It's usually a small change, but there are SOOOO many videos that popped up that normally do not. I see a bunch of videos that I recall watching in the past or topics from the past.
That's 24 of 33 seeing an apparent change. That's significant even with the small sample size.
Leave a comment to let me know what you've seen or not seen in your feed.

Ever catch yourself thinking your business idea is the next big thing? 🚀 It's probably not...
It’s common—especially for new side hustlers—to overestimate their abilities or the market potential of their ideas. It’s called overconfidence bias, and it can lead to risky decisions, like jumping in without proper research.
We think we are smarter than we really are. We think we're above average. You're not. I'm not — I'm probably a little below average. Most of us are average by definition.
Confidence is key, but don’t let it cloud your judgment.
Success comes from a mix of optimism, planning, and a reality check. So, dream big—but back it up with data 📊 and ACTION.
But data can be dangerous too! It can lead to overanalysis. Over researching. Gathering more and more data.
So you're looking for the Goldilocks zone of research and preparation versus taking action!

Have you happened to see a change in your suggested videos? Like the ones on your home feed on YouTube. My feed seems to have reverted back to what it was...I don't know, like a year - 18 months ago.

Ever feel like everyone else’s side hustle is blowing up while you’re just grinding away?
You’re definitely not alone—there’s a reason it feels like that.
It’s called survivorship bias.
We only hear about the big wins—the people who hit it big or turned their side hustle into a full-time gig.
But what we don’t see are the countless others who put in the work and didn’t get the same results.
This gives us a skewed view of what success really looks like.
[I'm part of this problem since I interview people with success stories!!]
Here’s the deal: there’s no magic formula for success.
What worked for one person might not work for you, and that’s totally fine.
[I try to share stories with things DO NOT work out, too. They don't get the same attention...but I publish them.]
Best practices? Sure, they help, but they’re not a guarantee.
Success is a mix of trying things out, learning, adapting, and sometimes just lucky timing.
So, if you’re feeling stuck, remember that you’re only seeing a slice of the story. Focus on your own path, enjoy the process, and redefine success on your own terms.
Every little win counts, no matter how small.
Keep pushing—you’re doing better than you think.

🤪 Google has success stories. It's from the Ad team...but many of the sites were hit by HCU and the March Core/Spam Updates. Like some sites have almost no traffic now.

Did you see my interview with Ricky? Sounds like there's drama over on X with Ricky. Drama is so silly... Check out the first part of the interview and let me know what you think.

We have another eclipse coming up. Fingers crossed for great weather. We saw one back in 2017, and it was fucking amazing.
