Brought home Silver from ADCC in Atlanta Saturday. I had a very skilled division and unfortunately had some lackluster performances. I'm excited to get back on the mats and make some much needed adjustments to my training! A little over a week post opp from having my common extensor tendon repaired in my left arm. Surgery went great and already back to coaching some. I had my bicep reattached in my right arm in February 2024 and doubled gold Abu Dhabi Pro Tour Nationals in June 2024. Looking for another solid return possibly as early as IBJJF Atlanta in February 2025🔥 Please always listen to your Doctor, do your physical therapy, and stay positive🤙Let's Go!!!

Had a great day at IBJJF Nashville yesterday! Didn't stick around for Gi Open on day 1 because it didn't start until 6:30pm. Finals ended up being at 8pm👀
After starting BJJ in February of that year. This was a huge moment for me! I've enjoyed my Jiu-Jitsu journey every step of the way and never once even thought about quitting. With the support of my partner we now own our own gym and couldn't be happier with our team.
