Welcome to Daily Fitness Dad! My goal is to inspire and demonstrate that anyone can be strong, lean, and healthy - no matter how busy or financially limited you are!

I’m a full-time father, husband, writer, and hold a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. My workouts revolve around bodyweight training & dumbbell workouts that are convenient and effective for all ability levels.

Inside, you’ll find a variety of home workouts including HIIT workouts, ab workouts, weight loss cardio, upper body workouts, dumbbell workouts, no equipment workouts, low impact workouts, and Tabata workouts in a range of difficulties.

You don’t need a gym membership or an expensive trainer to stay in shape; simply grab a mat and keep up with my weekly at home workouts to become stronger, leaner, and healthier!
